Juicy Drench Intelligent Vending Machine
The Juicy Drench brand of flavored water drinks has launched a series of intelligent vending machines throughout the UK, set for 1-2 day stops in high traffic areas within London, Bristol, Manchester, and Birmingham. These vending machines do not accept cash, rather they prompt participants to engage in mentally challenging touchscreen games designed to test alertness and memory. The concept is intended to demonstrate the importance of hydration to successful completion of similar challenges, dispensing a bottle of a Juicy Drench at the end of the game-like interaction.

Cadbury Auroll Pack - Hip Hamster works out in his wheel
Since the famous gorilla ad, Cadbury is a genius in demonstrating their wacky cleverness in infecting the feeling you get eating chocolate, almost like how flu is being transmitted. Freaky.

Polo Snow Stamps
Polo mints, the Nescafe sweets known for their ice cold effect, became the brand of the winter snow last year. In December 2009 the entire UK was blanketed in snow. This was a brief opportunity to use snow as a blank canvas, an original and pure medium. Taking advantage of the adverse weather, JWT London produced a tactical ambient idea, a ‘Polo snow stamp’. When stamped in thick fresh snow it left a near perfect replica of the iconic mint, illustrating the white, fresh nature of the mint. The campaign has won a Gold Outdoor Lion at Cannes International Advertising Festival 2010.

Tropicana - Arctic Sun
Tropicana’s Brighter Mornings for Brighter Days campaign was given a new sense of meaning this year with Arctic Sun, an ambient stunt in the NorthWest Territories of Canada. BBDO Toronto sent a documentary team to the town of Inuvik, population 3450, to raise a huge helium filled balloon glowing with 100,000 lumens of light as the town emerged from weeks of darkness. The marketers also provided a free carton of Tropicana to every household in the community. Breakfast Television covered the making of the ad. The company’s Facebook page fan numbers swelled in response. The campaign won the Grand Fabulous Award 2010 (Food and Beverages Advertising).
